<br /> deems necessary or desirabl�t❑ preser�e the vaEue, marketabi�ity❑r rentabili�y af�he P�operty, ❑r part of
<br /> th� Prap�r�y or interest in fihe Property; increase�the income from the Proper�y ❑r pro�ect�he securi�y of
<br /> th� Praperty; and, w�th ❑r w€�hou� taking possessi�n ❑t the Property, sue for or otherwise callect the
<br /> ren�s, issues and profi�s vf the Praperty, including those pas� due and unpaid, and apply �he same, less
