<br /> Barrower sha�� be in de�au�t if any action or proc�eding, wh�th�r Giv�1 or Criminal, is begun that, in L�nder's
<br /> �udgment, c�u�d r�su�� in forfe�ture af the Prop�r�y or o�her materia� impa�rmen�of Lender's interest�n the
<br /> Pr�perty�r rights under this Secur��y �ns�rum�ent. Borrower can cure such a default and, �f accelerat�an has
