t , <br />201501539 <br />(vi) To execute and deliver on behalf of Regions as Servicer for <br />owner /investor documents for the offer, listing, closing of sale, and conveyance of real estate <br />owned (REO) property in accordance with owner /investor procedures and guidelines; and; <br />(vii) To execute and deliver documents to correct or otherwise remedy any <br />errors or deficiencies contained in the documents transferring the servicing of the Mortgage <br />Loans from Regions to JPMCB. <br />B. This Limited Power of Attorney is not intended to extend or exceed the powers <br />granted to Regions under any agreement with an owner /investor or to allow JPMCB to take any <br />action with respect to a Mortgage Loan not authorized by an owner /investor. <br />C. Regions gives to JPMCB full power and plenary authority to perform each and all <br />of the above described acts and execute any and all of the documents, instruments, pleadings, <br />and other instruments as if Regions were personally present and executing the same; and Regions <br />hereby ratifies and confirms all that said Limited Attorney in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to <br />be done pursuant to the authority contained in this LPOA. <br />D.
