200100028 DEC. 1 6 0 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7606 (Contd) <br />line of said Lot 66 for a distance of 301.72 feet; thence <br />easterly on the South line of Lots 24 -35 of Grand Island <br />Industrial Park West Subdivision for a distance of 1,248 feet <br />to the West line of North Road; thence southerly on the West <br />line of North Road to a point on the North line of Castle <br />Estates Subdivision; thence westerly on the North line of <br />Castle Estates Subdivision for a distance of 7 feet to the West <br />line of North Road; thence southerly on the West line of <br />North Road to a point being the prolongation of the South <br />line of Mary Lane Subdivision; thence easterly on the <br />prolongation of the South line of Mary Lane Subdivision for <br />a distance of 73 feet to a point on the East line of North <br />Road; thence southerly on the east line of North Road to the <br />point of beginning; <br />SECTION 4. Such tracts of land and streets and highways are hereby annexed to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 5. Upon the taking effect of this ordinance, the police, fire, and snow <br />removal services of such City shall be furnished to the tracts of land and streets and <br />highways herein annexed, and water service and sanitary sewer service will be available as <br />provided by law. <br />SECTION 6. That portion of the above described property lying within the <br />boundaries of Sanitary Improvement District No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />governed by the order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in Appearance <br />Docket 70 No. 237, shall be annexed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the <br />order of said Court. <br />SECTION 7.
