<br /> release ❑r fih�-eatened release of any Hazardous Subsfianc� by any persan fln, under, abau� or �rom the Property;
<br /> �2� Trustor has no knawledge of; flr reason t� belie�e�hat there has been;:-�excep�as pre�iousfy disclased ta and
<br /> acknowledged by Lende�- in wri�ing, �a} any breach or �iola�Eon af any Environmen�al Laws, �b} any use,
<br /> �eneratian, manufacture, storage, �rea�menf, disposal, release or threa�ened release of any Hazardous Su�stance

<br /> En�irvnmental Laws. Trustor au�horizes Lender and i�s agen�ks to en�er upan the Pr�per�y ta ma�€e such
<br /> inspections and �es�s, a� Trus�ar's expense, as Lender may deem apprvpria�e tv de�ermine compliance af the
<br /> Proper�y wi�h �his sec�ion vf the I�eed of Trus�. Any inspecfiivns ❑r tes�ts made �y Lender shall be far Lender's
<br /> purpas�s on�y and shall nv�1�e construed tv c�reate any responsibili�y vr�iability ❑n the pa�t of Lender to Trust�r or
