<br /> recei�er far any part af Borrower's or Trustor's proper�y, any assignment fvr the benefit a� credi�ors, any type of
<br /> credi�or workaut, ❑r the commencement at any proceed�ng under any bankrup�cy or inso��ency laws by or agains�
<br /> Barrower or Trustor.
<br /> Cred�tor or For�eiture Proceedings. �ommencemen� of f�reclosure ar -�orfeiture praceedings, whether by �udicial
<br /> proceeding, self-he�p, repossession or any other me�hod, by any creditor vf Bvrrow�r or Trus�or ❑�- by any
<br /> gp�ernmen�al agency against any prape�ty securing the lndebt�dness. This includes a ga�nishment a� any of
