<br /> 13, That Trus�or�s} is, and shall con��nue �o be, duly organiz�d, �a[idly exis�in� and legally qua[��ied �o
<br /> do business under fihe faws of�he states �n whrch Trusfi�r�s} opera�es, in comp['ran�e vtir�th federa�, sta�e
<br /> and la�al laws ar regula�ians, and has fegal author��y in such s�a�es �� ��nduct Trus��r�s} business
