Grantor agrees at all times to maintain the lot and structures herein described, and the exterior appearance of the Premises (including, without limitation, the exterior walls, roofs and chimneys of the buildings located thereon) in a good and sound state of repair, subject to the provisions in paragraph (f) : below.
