<br /> Lender as Trus�or`s attarney--in-fac��or the purpose of making,�xecuting, de�i�ering, fiiing, r�cording, and doin� all

<br /> EVENTS 4F DEFAULT, Trus�or will be in default under fh�s Deed of Trus� if any o�the fvilo�nring happen: �A} Trus�or
<br /> comm�ts fraud or makes � mater�al misrepresen�ation a� any time �n conne��ion wi�h �he Credit Agreemen�. This can
<br /> include, f�r example, a faise statement about Trustor's �ncome, assets, �iabi�ities, ar any other aspec#s af Trustor's
