<br /> mater�als con�aining ast�estos or farmaldehyde, and radioactive material�; �b� "Environrn�n�.l Law" means federal
<br /> Iaws and la�vs of the jurisd�ctian�vhere the Property is Iocated that rela�e��heal�h, safety or environmen�al pratection;
<br /> �c} "Env�ronmental C�.eanup" �ncludes any response action, remedial ac�ion, or removal ac�ion, as def ned in
<br /> En�ironmental Law; and �d} an "Environmental �ondition" means a condition that can cause, can�ribute �o, or
<br /> �therwise trigger an En��ronmental Cleanup.
<br /> Borrower shall nat cause or permi�the presence,use,disposal, storage,or release of any Hazardaus Subs�ances,
<br /> or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, an or in�he Property. Barrower shail na�do,nor allow anyane else
<br /> to do, anything affec��ng the Property �a} �hat is in �io�ation of any Environmental Law, �b} whi�h creates ar�
<br /> Env�ronmen�a� Condition, or �c� �vhich, due �o �he presence, use, or r��ease of a Hazardous Suhs�a.nce, creates a
<br /> candi�ion tha� adversely affects the value of the Property. T`he prece�.ing two sentences shal� not apply t� the
