<br /> "Er���r�ora►ne►�tal Law"means federal laws and la�vs of the,�urisdiction where the Property is located that
<br /> rela�e�o health, safety or envuonmen�al protect�on; (c} "E�viror�irae�tal Cleanup"includes any response
<br /> action, remed�al acti�n, or removal action# as defined in En�iranmentat Law; and�d}an "Er�vrror�rraer�tal
<br /> Co�aditio�"mean.s a condition that can cause,contribu�e to, or otherwise�r�gger an Environmental Cleanup.
<br /> B�rrawer�ha�l not cause or permit the presence,use,dispasal, storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or threaten to release any Hazardaus Substan�es,on ar in the Prvper�, Borrower sha11 not do,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone else to do,anything affecting the Praperty(a}that is in�iolation of any En�ironmenta.l
<br /> Law, (b}which creates an Environment�l Conditi�n,or(c}which,due to the presence,use,or re��ase of a
<br /> Ha�ardous Substance,creates a condition that adversely affects the value of the Property, The preceding�va
<br /> sentences sha11 not apply to the pres�nce,use,or storage on the Praperty of sma11 quan�ities of Hazardous
<br /> Substances that are gen�ra�ly recvgni�ed t�be appropriate�c�narmal residential uses and to maintenance of
<br /> the Property(includin�,but not limited to,ha�ardaus substa.nces�n consumer products�.
<br /> Borrower�hall promptly g�ve Lender written.notice of�a}any�n�est�gation,claim,demand, lawsui�or ather
<br /> actroa by any go�ernmental�r regulatary agency or pri�ate par�y involving the Property and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance ar Environmenta�Law vf which Borrower has actual kn.ow�edge, (b}any Enviranmental
<br /> Condit�on, including but nv�limited toA any spilling, leaking,dis�harge,r�lease�r threat of release of any
<br /> Hazardaus Substance,and�c}any conditio�caused by the presence,use ar release of a Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> which adversely affects the�a1ue of the Prap�rty. If Barrower l�ams,or is notified by any governmenta.l or
<br /> regulatory authority,or an}�private pa�rty,that any removal or other remediation of any Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> affecting the Pr�perty is necessary,Borrower s�.all�romptly take a11 necessary remedial actions in
<br /> accardance with Environmental Lav�.Nathing herein sha11 create any obligatxon on L�n.der for an
<br /> En�ironmental Cteanup.
