<br /> machines, radiatars, motors, furnac�s, c�mpress�rs and transformers; all power g�nerating
<br /> equipment; all pumps, tanks, ducts, conduits, wire, switches, �lectrical eyuipmerrt, and fixtures,
<br /> fans and switchboards; all telephone equipment; al� p�ping, tubing and plumbing equipment and
<br /> fixtures; all heating, refrigeratian, air-conditi�ning, co�ling, ��ntilating, sprinkiing, water,
<br /> power, waste disposal and communications equipment, systems and apparatus; a11 water coo�ers
<br /> and water heaters; a11 fre preventian, alarm and extinguishing systems and apparatus; all
<br /> cleaning equipment; a�l lift, ele�ator and escalator �qu�pment and apparatus; a�l partitions,
<br /> shades, bl�nds, awnings, screens, s�reen doors, storm doors, exter�or and interior signs, gas
<br /> fixtures, sto�es, ovens, refrigerators, garbage d�sposals, dishvvashers, kitchen and laundry
<br /> fixtures, utensils, appliances and equipment, cabinets, mirr�rs, mantles, floor co�erings, carp�ts,
<br /> rugs, draperies and other fur�ishings and furniture now�r hereafter instal�ed �r used or usahle in
<br /> the operation of any part of the buildings, structures or improvements erected or to be erected in
<br /> or upon the Lar�d and e�ery replacement th�reaf, accession thereto, or substitution therefor,
<br /> whether or not all of the abo�e are now ar hereaft�r acyuired �r attach�d to the Land in any
<br /> manner;
<br /> �b} All articles of tangible personal proper�y not otherwise des�ribed herein which are
<br /> now ar hereafter located in, attached to or used in, �n or about the buildings, structures �r
<br /> improvements now ar hereafter located, placed, erected, constructed or bui�t on th� Land and alI
<br /> replacements thereaf, accessions thereto, or substitutior� therefor, whether or nat the same are, or
<br /> wil� be, attached t� su�h buildings, structures or impro�ements in any rnanner;
<br /> (c} All rents, leases and guarante�s of leases, subl�ases and guarantees of subl�ases,
<br /> income, revenues, issues, profits, roya�ties and other �enefits arising or deri�ed or t� be deri�ed
<br /> from, or related to, directly or indirectly, the Land, whether or nat any of the property described
<br /> ir�this item (c} constitutes accounts, chatte� paper, documents, general intangibles, instruments or
<br /> money;
<br /> (d} All awards n�w or hereafter made ("Awards"} with respect ta the Land as a result of
<br /> (i} the exercise af the power of candemnation �r eminent domain, ar the police power, �ii} the
<br /> alteratian of th� grade of any street, or �iii} any other inj ury or decrease in the valu� af the Land
<br /> �in�luding but not limited to any destruction or d�cr�ase in the �alue l�y fire ar other casualty},
<br /> whether nr not ar�y af the property described in this item (d} constitutes accounts, chattel paper,
