C�MMER�IAL �N�N-RESIDENTIAL� LEASES. <br /> No p�rtion of the Proj eCt shall be l�ased for any commer�ial purpose or use <br /> without receiving HiJD's prior written appraval as to terms, form and amaunt, <br /> except as perrnitted in the �perator's Regulat�ry Agreement. Master Tenant sha�� <br /> deliver an ex��uted copy of any commer�ial �ease to I�UD. <br /> 1�.
