Streets . The Subdividers agree to waive all objections to repaving or paving districts upon 12th Street and St . Paul Road where they abut said subdivision . � : 2 . Water . City water service is available to all lots within. said subdivision . Prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit , any and all charges resulting fro�m the installation of said public water service shall be paid by the Subdividers . 3 . Sanitary Sewer . The sanitary sewer service is available to ; all lots within said subdivision except Lot 1 . Warranty . The undersigned owners , as Subdividers , warrant that they are the owners in fee simple of the land described and proposed to be lrnown as Levering Subdivision , and that an abstract of title wi72 be submitted for examination , if necessary , upon request of the City of Grand Island . 7 .
