Levering husband . and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers , as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1) , Garrett's Subdivision, situated in a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE�SE�;) of Section Nine (9) , Township Eleven �11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more parti- cularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot One (1) , Garrett's Subdivision; thence southwesterly along the southerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of two hun- dred seventy-nine and seventeen hundredths (279_17) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running northwesterly a distance of one hundred thirty-two (132.0) feet; thence deflecting le£t 90° 00' and running southwesterly a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90� 00' and running southeasterly a distance of one hundred thirty-two (132.0) £eet to a point on the southerly line of said Lot One (1) ; thence southwesterly along the southerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of ten (10.0) feet to the southwest corner of said Lot One (1) ; thence northwesterly along the westerly line of said Lot One (1) , also being the easterly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northerly Railroad a distance of seven hundred sixty-nine and seven-tenths (769.7) feet to the northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of five hundred seventy-six and fifty-five hundredths (576.55) feet; thence southerly parallel to the easterly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of three hundred sixty-six and sixty-seven hundredths (366.67) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running easterly a distance of one hundred ninety (190.0) feet to the easterly line of said Lot One (1) ; thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of ninety-two ,(92.0) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 5.856 ac=es, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract o£ land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Levering Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and ease- ments belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, and ;?=� easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision � ,� when fina2ly approved by the Regional Planning Coa¢nission and the City � fi ( Council ta be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of � survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the � ��r.B'��i."��`�'�.�� we v,,�:..i:�V.� ,..J
