� <br /> f 78— ���2�470 <br /> ' SUBDIVISION AGREEMENZ' <br /> I ' LAKE HERITAGE SUBDIVISION <br /> Ha11 County, Nebraska <br /> The undersigned, Jerome Niedfelt and Doralene Niedfelt, husband <br /> and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br /> land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NW'y,�NW3-) of Section Thirty-three (33) , Township Eleven (Z1) rlortte, Range <br /> Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter <br /> of the Northwest Quarter (NW3;NW�;) ; thence northerly along <br /> the west of said Northwest Quarter (N413;) a distance of two <br /> hundred (200.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the south <br /> line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW4NW�� <br /> ' a distance of three hudnred fifty-seven (357.0) feet; thence <br /> deflecting right 64° 34' S0" and running southeasterly a distance <br /> of one hundred thirty-six and fifty-two hundredths (136.52) <br /> feet; thence deflecting right 58° 16' 00" and running south- <br /> westerly a distance of ninety-one and oae hundredths (91.01) <br /> feet to the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the North- <br /> west Quarter (NW3�DTW3) ; thence westerly along the south line <br /> of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW�N[J�) <br /> a distance of three hundred fifty-seven (357.0) feet to the <br /> place of beginning, and containing 1 .758 acr.es, more or less; , <br /> desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br /> Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br /> ' acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br /> subdivision to be known as Lake Heritage Subdivision, designating explicitly <br /> the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lot, street, and <br /> easements belonging to such subdivision, with the lots designated by a <br /> number, the street by name, and the easements by dimensions, and propose <br /> to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br /> Planning Cornmission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, <br /> certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to <br /> contain a dedication of the street to the public, and of the easements to <br /> public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br /> Lake Heritage Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with <br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at <br /> their expense the following improvements: � <br /> } 1.
