If any owner of any Lot or his , her or their heirs , or <br /> assigns , or any persons claiming under or through them shall violate <br /> , or attempt to violate any of the covenants , restrictions and condi - <br /> tions that are herein set forth , it shall be lawful for any other <br /> person or persons owning any real estate in said Subdivision to <br /> prosecute such proceedings at law or in equ3ty aqainst the person or <br /> parsons violating or attempting to violate any such covenants , ,„,�.....
