<br /> 2 . No structure shall be erected , altered , placed or permitted

<br /> use by not more than two families . Each dwelling shall have at
<br /> Teast an attached one car garage and shall not b� permitted to
<br /> construct or erect a detached garage or secondary building of any
<br /> nature other than herein provided . Each dwelling shall have a
<br /> minimum of 950 square feet of living space , not including the attached
<br /> garage , and providing further that the Zivinq space shall be that
<br /> space only which is above grade . =n computing the 950 square feet
<br /> of living space , the finished sub -basement of split- level housing or
<br /> split- foyer type housing shall not be included in computation of the
<br /> 950 square feet .
<br /> 3 . No structure on any Lot shall be erected , altered , placed
<br /> or permitted to remain closer than thirty < 30 ) feet from the front
<br /> of said Lot , nor closer than ten ( 10 ) feet from tYie side or rear o£
<br /> the Lot line .
<br /> 4 . Dwellings constructed in another addition or location
<br /> shall not be moved to any Lot within this Subdivision .

<br /> 5 . No trailer , mobile home , modular home , basement , tent ,
<br /> garage , barn , shack or out -building shall be used in said Su2adivi -
<br /> sion as a dwelling or residence at any time , whether temporarily or
<br /> otherwise ; nor shall any structure of a temporary character be used
<br /> as a residence .
<br /> 6 . Ido cesspools shall be coristructec3 or maintained or allowed
<br /> to remain on any part of said Subdivision .
<br /> 7 . No sod , earth , sanc2 , gravel or trees shall be removed from
<br /> any Lot to the injury of the value of the appearance of any Lots and
<br /> no buildin material ` ;`'
<br /> g , junk or rubbish sha11 be left exposed upon any i
<br /> Lot except during actual construction operations .
<br /> - 8 . No worn out or discarded automobile , machinery or parts
<br /> thereof shall be stored on any Lot in the Subdivision and no portion _
<br /> of any Lot shall be used for junk piles or the storage of unlicensed
<br /> automobiles or the storage of any junk or waste material .
<br /> 9 . No animals , livestock or poultry of any kind shall be
<br /> raised , bred or kept on any Lot except that dogs , cats or other
<br /> household pets may be ]cept , provided they are not kept , bred or
<br /> maintained for any commercial purposes .
<br /> 10 . The owner of each Lot in the Subdivision sha1Z be responsible
<br /> for seeing that each dog which is kept or maintained upon his Lot is
<br /> not permitted to run free and is , instead , confined to a pen or
<br /> fenced area , or is tied up .
<br /> 11 . No billboards or sign boards , ( except suitable signs for
<br /> advertising the sale of any Lot ) , shall be erected or allowed to
<br /> remain upon any Lot .
<br /> 12 . All Lots must be kept cleanly mowed , and kept free of
<br /> unsightly structures or personal property .
<br /> 13 . If any owner of any Lot or his , her or their heirs , or
<br /> assigns , or any persons claiming under or through them shall violate
<br /> , or attempt to violate any of the covenants , restrictions and condi -
<br /> tions that are herein set forth , it shall be lawful for any other
<br /> person or persons owning any real estate in said Subdivision to
<br /> prosecute such proceedings at law or in equ3ty aqainst the person or
<br /> parsons violating or attempting to violate any such covenants , ,„,�..... '� ' '_
<br /> rest�ictions and conditions , and to prevent him , her or them £rom , "?s
<br /> doing so or to recover damages for such violations . '
