<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, Mid-Continent Enterprises, a Nebraska corporation, is
<br /> the owner of all the Lots in "Bison Meadows Subdivision", a subdivi-
<br /> sion in Iiall County, Nebraska, located on a tract of land comprising
<br /> a part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SW;) of Section
<br /> Five (5) , Township Nine f9) North, Range Nine f9) West af tl�e 6th
<br /> P.M. , Village of. Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, more parti.cularly
<br /> described as follows-
<br /> Beginning at a point on the North line of. said West
<br /> Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SW�S) , said point
<br /> being 150.0 feet East of the Northwest corner oP said
<br /> west Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SWi) , said point
<br /> also being on the East right-of-way line of LJ.S. High-
<br /> way No. 281; thence running east alang the North line
<br /> of said West Half of the Southwest �uarter (W�SW�a)

<br /> true point o£ beginninq, containing a calculated area
<br /> of 17.826 acres more or less.
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of Mid-Continent Enterprises, a Nebraska
<br /> corporation, to improve the said "Bison Meadows Subdivision" by
<br /> encouraging the sale of Lots and the construction of modern and ' _
<br /> desirable dwelling houses, to insure the use of the property for
<br /> attracting residential purposes only, to prevent nuisance, to prevent
<br /> the impairment of the attractiveness of the property, to maintain the
<br /> desired tone of the community, and thereby secure to each site owner
<br /> the full benefit and enjoyment of his home, with no greater restrictions
<br /> upon the free and undisturbed use of his site than is necessary to
<br /> insure the same advantages to the other site owners;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration thereof, and in consideration
<br /> of the mutual benefits to be derived by the owners of said Subdivision
<br /> and any subsequent purchaser or purchasers, their heirs, administrators,
<br /> executors and assigns, Mid-Continent Enterprises, a Nebraska corpora-
<br /> tion,. by its President, Milan Bish, and Secretary, Ronald R. Vonderohe,
<br /> hereby stipulate and agree that each of the Lots in said Subdivision
<br /> shall be sold, transferred and hereafter conveyed only subject to the
<br /> following covenants, restrictions and conditions, each and all of 6
<br /> which shall be and remain in full force and effect as covenants,
<br /> restrictions and conditions runninq with the land as follows: r �
