Vonderohe, <br /> hereby stipulate and agree that each of the Lots in said Subdivision <br /> shall be sold, transferred and hereafter conveyed only subject to the <br /> following covenants, restrictions and conditions, each and all of 6 <br /> which shall be and remain in full force and effect as covenants, <br /> restrictions and conditions runninq with the land as follows: r � <br /> i:; <br /> 1.
