Nelson, hereinafter called the Subdivider, " <br /> as owner of a tract of land comprising all of Lots One (1) and T�.�o (2) , <br /> Von Ohlen Subdivision, situated in part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SE�SE�;) of Section Eleven (11) , Township F.leven (11) <br /> North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, said tract containing 2.110 acres, more or less, desires to <br /> have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which <br /> is located within the corporate limits o£ the City of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City £or acceptance <br /> as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision <br /> to be known as Von Ohlen Second Subdivision, designating explicitly the <br /> land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and <br /> >s <br /> easements belonginu to such subdivision, with lots desi;nated by nurlbers, <br /> streets by names, and easements by di�ensions, and proposes to cause the <br /> plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br /> A <br /> Comrsission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified t - <br /> as to accuracy o£ survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br /> dedication of streets and easements to the use and benefit of the public_ <br /> In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Von Ohlen Second <br /> Subdivision, the Subdivider hereby consent and agrees with the City of <br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense <br /> the following improvements: <br /> 1. Pavinq. The Subdivider agrees to petition the City for paving <br /> of Seedling Mile Court in said subdivision prior to applying £or any <br /> occupancy permit for any structure in the subdivision.
