<br /> them, provided a default does not eaist and they are the owners of the mortgaged property, tl�e lender

<br /> by tbe regulationa of ct:artering and supervisory authorities then in effect. All such advancements shall be

<br /> 23. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall diacharge thie
<br /> Mortgage, without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br /> 24 - Modification Upon request of borrower, lender, at lender's option, has conditionally waived the
<br /> requirements as set forth in paragraph #2 "Funds for Taxes and Insurance" of the Uniform Covenants
<br /> of said mortgage provided that the borrower complies with his responsibility as set forth in paragraph #4
<br /> and #5 of the Uniform Covenants acknowledging that the lender has conditionally waived his option under
