<br />: An ordinance creating Water Main Connection Diatrict No. 3352, said water main lyiag
<br /> in Capital Avenue, and the district being within and beyond [he corporate limits of the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska: defining the boundaries of the diatrict; providing for the laying
<br /> of a water main in said district; providing for plans and specifications and securing bids;
<br /> providing for the connection fee for connecting to such water main; providinR for certi£i-
<br /> cation to the Register of Deeds; and pzoviding the effective date hereof.
<br /> BE IT ORDAZNED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 335T lying in Capital Avenue from St. Paul Road
<br /> to Webb Road, is hereby created for the laying of an eighteen inch, or 45.72 centimeters,
<br />' water main in said street.
<br /> SECTION 2. The boundaries of such water main district shall be as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point 33 feet, or 10.058 meters, west of the section line in
<br /> Saint Paul Road and 133 feet, or 40.538 meters, north of the section line in
<br /> Capital Avenue; thence running south on a line parallel to and 33 feet, or 10.058
<br /> meters, west of the section line in Sainc Paul Road for a distance of 100 feet,
<br /> or 30.48 meters, to a point 33 feet, or 10.058 meters, north of the section line
<br /> in Capital Avenue; thence running west on a line para11e1 to and 33 feet, or
<br /> 10.058 meters, north of the section line in Capital Avenue for a distance of 7
<br /> feet, or 2.134 mecers, to a point 40 feet, or 12.192 meters, west of the section
<br /> line in Saint Paul Road; thence running south on a line parallel to and 40 feet,
