Rowe, husband and <br /> wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land <br /> comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (SE4NE�) of Section Twenty-seven (27) , Township Eleven (11) L+Torth, Range <br /> Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br /> described as follocos: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter <br /> (NE�;) ; thence westerly along the south line of said Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE�) a distance of three hundred thirty (330.0) <br /> £eet; thence northerly parallel to the east line of said <br /> Northeast Quarter (NE�-) a distance of three hundred sixty <br /> and eighty-five hundredths (360.85) feet; thence deflecting <br /> right 89° 49' 30" and running easterly a distance of three <br /> hundred thirty (330.0) feet to the east line of said Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE3i;) ; thence southerly along the east line of said <br /> Northeast Ouarter (NE�) a distance of three hundred sixty <br /> and thirty-five hundredths (360.35) feet to the place of <br /> beginning and containing 2.732 acres, more or less; <br /> desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br /> Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for _ <br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat o£ such proposed <br /> subdivision to be known as Rowe Subdivision, designating explicitly the <br /> land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and <br /> street belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, <br /> easements by dimensions , and the street by name, and propose to cause the <br /> plat o£ such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certi- <br /> fied as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br /> a dedication of the street to the use of the public forever and of the <br /> easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration of the accept- <br /> ance of the plat of Rowe Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and <br /> agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or _ <br /> provide at their expense the following improvements: � <br /> 1. Streets.
