Rowe, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NE�) of Section Twenty-seven (27) , Township Eleven (11) L+Torth, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follocos: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE�;) ; thence westerly along the south line of said Northeast Quarter (NE�) a distance of three hundred thirty (330.0) £eet; thence northerly parallel to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE�-) a distance of three hundred sixty and eighty-five hundredths (360.85) feet; thence deflecting right 89° 49' 30" and running easterly a distance of three hundred thirty (330.0) feet to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE3i;) ; thence southerly along the east line of said Northeast Ouarter (NE�) a distance of three hundred sixty and thirty-five hundredths (360.35) feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.732 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for _ acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat o£ such proposed subdivision to be known as Rowe Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and street belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, easements by dimensions , and the street by name, and propose to cause the plat o£ such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certi- fied as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the street to the use of the public forever and of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration of the accept- ance of the plat of Rowe Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or _ provide at their expense the following improvements: � 1. Streets.
