The Subdividers agree that in relation to Lot 4 of <br />��., : � <br /> said subdivision that no entrance to Highway 281 shall be provided and <br /> that all driveway entrances and access to Lot 4 shall be to O ' Flannagan <br /> Street . . - <br /> 2 . Water . City water service is available to all lots in said <br /> subdivision except I.ot 5 . Said water service main is located in the public <br /> right - of-way o£ O ` Flannagan Street . The Subdividers agree that water ser - <br /> vice to Lot 5 shall be provided by a private water service line through <br /> the ten - foot wide easement indicated by the subdivision plat . <br /> 3 . Sanitary Sewer . The Subdividers agree to petition for the <br /> construction of sanitary sewer to serve all lots in the subdivision prior <br /> to requesting any occupancy permit for any structure in said subdivision , <br /> and agree to connect such structures to the city sanitary sewer . In the <br /> alternative , the Subdividers may construct a sanitary sewer in accordance <br /> � with plans and specifications approved by the City ' s Director of Public <br /> Works and subj ect to the City ' s inspection . <br /> 4 . Draina� e . The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the Sub - <br /> division in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the storm <br /> water drains to the public right - of-way . <br /> 5 . Sidewalks . The Subdividers , if still the owners of the land in <br /> the proposed subdivision , or if the Subdividers shall have transferred <br /> title to the proper ty , then the various gran tees thereof , will install , <br /> at their own expense , all public sidewalks required by the Grand Island <br /> City Code when the adjacent lot is built upon , and sidewallcs shall be <br /> regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot . <br /> 6 . Miscellaneous . The Subdividers further agree to construct , : <br /> install or plant and maintain a sight - obscuring fence , foliage , or other <br /> screen material adj acent to the northerly lot line of Lot 4 . Said sight - <br /> obscuring material shall run continuously from the easterly line of Lot <br /> 4 along the north line to within a minimum of 30 feet £rom the right - of - <br /> way of 0 ' Flannagan Street .
