Sharp, husband and <br /> wi£e, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land <br /> comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br /> (NE�SE�) of Section One (1) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) <br /> West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the east line of O'Flannagan Street, <br /> said point being the northwest corner of Lot Nine (9) , <br /> Block Three (3) , Dickey Second Subdivision; thence northerly <br /> along the easterly line of said O'Flannagan Street a distance <br /> of three hundred ninety-eight and thirty-five hundredths <br /> (398.35) feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line <br /> o£ Highway No. 2; thence southeasterly along the southerly <br /> right-of-way line of said Highway No. 2 a distance of two <br /> hundred fifty and three-tenths (250.3) feet; thence deflecting <br /> - right 73� 37' 15" and runn ing southerly a distance of three <br /> hundred twenty-eight and fourteen hundredths (328.14) feet <br /> to the north line of said Block Three (3) , Dickey Second <br /> Subdivision; thence westerly along the north line of said <br /> Block Three (3) , Dickey Second Subdivision a distance of two : <br /> hundred forty (240.0) feet to the place of beginning, and <br /> --- - containing 2.002 acres, more or less; <br /> desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br /> subdivision to be known as Sharp Aczes Subdivision, designating explicitly <br /> the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements <br /> belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and ease- <br /> ments by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision <br /> when finally approved by the Regional Planning CoIIanission and the City <br /> Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of <br /> survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the <br /> easements to the use of public utilities.
