In consideration of the acceptance <br /> of the plat of Regency by the Green Subdivision , the Subdividers hereby <br /> consent and agree with the City of Grand Island , Nebraska , that they will <br /> install , or provide , at their expense , the following improvements : <br /> 1 . Water . The Subdividers agree to construct several water mait � s <br /> in the subdivision to serve all lots in the subdivision in accordance <br /> with plans approved by the City ' s Director of Public Works and subject to <br /> the City ' s inspection , and agree to connect all structures in the subdivision <br /> to said city water mains . <br /> 2 . Sanitary Sewer . The Subdividers agree to petition for the con - <br /> struction of sanitary sewer to serve all lots in the subdivision prior to <br /> requesting any occupancy permit for any structure in said subdivision , and <br /> agree to connect such structures to the City ' s sanitary sewer . In the <br /> alternative , the Subdividers may construct a sanitary sewer in accordance <br /> with plans and specifications approved by the City ' s Director of Public <br /> Works and subject to the City ' s inspection . <br /> 3 . DrainaRe . The Subdividers agree to provide storm sewer draina�e <br /> for said subdivisiori by grading all lots of the subdivision in conjunction <br /> with the structures thereon so that the storm water drainage drains in <br /> accordance with plans approved by the City ' s Director of Public Works , <br /> and that said storm sewer drainage shall be constructed in accordance with <br /> said plans prior to the issuance of any and all building permits within <br /> said subdivision . The Subdividers further agree to provide a portable <br /> pump and construct any necessary flood gate panels in accordance with <br /> specifications approved by the City ' s Director of Public Works . <br /> 4 . PavinR . Ttie Subdividers agree to petition the City for the paving <br /> of all streets within said subdivision to include Sta�ecoach Road , Santa Fe ' <br /> Circle , Overland Trail Circle , and Chisholm Trail Circle , prior to apply - + <br /> ing for any occupancy pexmits for any structure in the subdivision .
