<br /> of vacated Stagecoach Road, and parts of Lots 28 throu�h 37 , inclusive, -
<br /> all in Riverside Estates Unit 1, a subdivision as surveyed, nlatted, and
<br /> record in Hall County, Nebraska, all being in the Southwest Quarter (S413-)
<br /> of Section 28, Township ll North, Ran�e 9 West of the 6th P.M. , City of
<br /> Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, and more particularlv described as

<br /> desire to have subdivided as a subdivisi.on the above described tract of
<br /> land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, and hereby subr�it to the City Council of such Citv for
<br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate rtap and plar c�f such proposed
<br /> subdivision to be known as Regency by the Green Subdivision, designating
<br /> explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots,
<br /> streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision , with lots designated
<br /> by numbera, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to
