<br /> ;�: Payment for the Pro,� ect and Investment of Funds

<br /> � Section 4 . 1 . Agreement as to Payment for the Pro � ect ;
<br /> '� Agency of Lessee . The Authority hereby covenants and agrees to pay
<br /> � for the acquisition , construction and equippin� of the Pro� ect in
<br /> , :i; accordance with the plans and speclfications and construction
<br /> � contracts therefor being assigned and delivered by the Lessee to
<br /> f� the Authority concurrently herewith , as the same may be modified
<br /> � by the Lessee from time to time in accordance with the orovisions
<br /> .� hereof , to the extent , but only to the extent , of moneys available
<br /> , therefor in the Construction Fund established by the Indenture ,
<br /> �� The Authority hereby appoints the Lessee as its agent to supervise
<br /> � and proseeute such acquisition , construction and equipping and to
<br /> ';� withdraw moneys for such purposes in the manner specified in Section
<br /> :a 4 . 2 hereof and sub ,� ect to the conditions therein contained . The
<br /> ' Lessee agrees to cause such acquisition , construction and equipping
<br /> r to be completed with reasonable dispatch .

<br /> � ` It is understood and agreed that the Lessee may , as agent

<br /> :�p of the Authority , authorize changes from time to time in such
<br /> :� construction contracts , plans and specifications , but no such chan�e
<br /> �-L shall be made which would result in the Hospital Facility being used
<br /> `_� for any purposes prohibited by Section 5 . 5 hereof . The Lessee may
<br /> :b also , as agent for the Authority , acquire additional land to be
<br /> i,� used in the Hospital Facility , in which event this Lease shall be
<br /> *_;! appropriately amended to include a description of such lznd as part
<br /> xj of the Leased Land . The Authority agrees that it w111 enter into ,
<br /> • �:;; or accept the assignment of , such further contracts as the Lessee -
<br /> -;;� may request in order to effectuate the purposes of this Section ,
<br /> ''7 and that it will not execute any other contract or give any order
<br /> ;,::_� for such construction or for the acquisition or installation of
<br /> � equipment unless and until the Lessee shall have approved the same
<br /> , � in writing . The Lessee agrees to file a11 amendments and change
<br /> ;;:,, orders relating to such construction contracts , plans and
<br /> '�' specifications with the Autho^ity . In the event the moneys on
<br /> �;� deposit in the Construction Fund ( together with other funds
<br /> �`-� committed to the Lessee as described in Section 302 ( C ) ( a ) ( 5 )
<br /> `"' of the Indenture ) are at any time insufficient to pay for the

<br /> ,;� completion of the Pro,ject , the Lessee a�rees to pay the amount
<br /> �: � of such deficiency forthwith to the Authority for deposit in the
