<br /> � ' of October 1 , 1976 , between the Village and the Company providing ior the
<br /> ;� leasing of the Demised Premises Uy the Village to the Company .

<br /> � (k) "Lessor" shull mean The Village of Alda , Nebraska .
<br /> � {1) "Mortgage" sha11 mean the Mortgage and Indenture of Trust dated ns of

<br /> '�' or supplemented froa time to tiae by supplemental Mortgages in accordance
<br /> with Article RI therein .

<br /> (m) "Project " shall mean collectively the acquisi[ion of the Esisting
<br /> ; Property hy the Lessor and the purchase and the improvement of additional

<br /> i3 officer or agent of the Cou��any , as shall be designated by the Company
