<br /> the snecific purpose of seTling said property for auch Church , which has
<br /> , : held title continuously to said property since Septee�ber 14 , 1914 , a
<br /> period of fifty-eight and one -half years , which property is located at
<br /> 1021 West 7th Street , in Grand Island , idebraflka , and is legally deacribed

<br /> any and all necessary steps and actions , and to execute such i.nstruments
<br /> as nay be necessary or advisable , and to enter into such contracts and
<br /> agreements as may be necessary and proper , in order to carry out and
<br /> ' complete the sale and transier of the above property b;� Quit Claim Deed

<br /> fully discussed . On being put to a vote , the motion unanimously carried .
