<br /> authority as authorized by Chapter 31 , Revised Statutes of Nebraska , as amended . This

<br /> if the lo{; is used for the storage of unassembled or unfinished ma,terial or inoperable
<br /> equipment of automobiles . Such landscaping shall be completed withi.n one planting

<br /> owners �n fee simple of the lend described and proposed to be known as Pichler Sub -
<br /> division , a.nd that an abstract of title wi11 be submitted for examination , if necesear,y,
