<br /> SECTION THREE
<br /> Such tracts of land and streets are hereby
<br /> annexed to the City of Wood River , Hall County , Nebraska .
<br /> SECTION FOUR
<br /> Upon the taking effect of this Ordinance , the
<br /> police , fire , and snow removal services of the city shall
<br /> be furnished to the tracts of land and streets herein
<br /> annexed , and city water service and city sewer service
<br /> will be available as provided by law .
<br /> SECTION FIVE
<br /> If any section , sub - section , sentence , clause ,
<br /> or phrase of this Ordinance or the annexation of any
<br /> tract of land or street by this Ordinance is for any
<br /> reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid , such
<br /> decision shall not effect the validity of the remaining
<br /> portions of this Ordinance , nor effect the validity of
<br /> the annexation of other tracts of land or streets by this
<br /> Ordinance > since it is the express intent of the Mayor
<br /> and City Council to enact the section , sub - section , clause ,
<br /> or phrase separately , and to annex each tract of land
<br /> separately .
<br /> SECTION SIX
<br /> This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
<br /> from and after its passage > approval , and publication within
<br /> fifteen ( 15 ) days in one ( 1 ) issue of the Wood River Sunbeam ,
<br /> without the plat , as provided by law .

<br /> SECTION SEVEN
<br /> s That a certified copy of this Ordinance , together
<br /> with a drawing of the tract of land , be filed for record
<br /> in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds .
