The BUYERS shall keep all of the personal property , <br /> the subject of this agreement , together with the buildings and <br /> fixtures on said premises , in good repair and maintain all of <br /> the facilities on saidpremises in good working order . It is specifically understood that the BUYERS . <br /> shall at all times keep the filters and equipment used with the <br /> swimming pool in good working order and shall at all times <br /> properly maintain such swimming pool . <br /> 3 . The BUYERS shall pay for all utilities consumed on <br /> said premises . <br /> 4 . That the BUYERS shall not assign this agreement with - <br /> out the consent , in writing , of W . Howard Bonsall and Hanna <br /> Bonsall , or the survivor of them . <br /> 5 .
