Easements . Warranty . The undersigned record owners , as Subdividers , warrant that they <br /> are the record owners in feesimple of the land describedandproposed to be known as <br /> gK , <br /> ; Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision , and that an abstract of title will be submitted <br /> for examination , if necessary , upon request of the City of Grand Island . <br /> i <br /> 8 .
