<br /> 21. Futuce Advances. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to release of this

<br /> 22. Savings Fund. Borrower may make prepayments of principal on any installment due date or

<br /> ' them, provided a default does not exist and they are f,he owners of the mortgaged property, the lender

<br /> 23. Aelease. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shail discharge this

<br /> ' — Modification. Upon request of borrower, lender, at lender's option, has conditionally waived the
