<br /> 21. Future A3vances. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to release of this

<br /> � 22. 5avings Fund. Borrower may make prepayn�ents of principal on any installment due date or

<br /> % thein, provided a default does not exist and they are the owners of the mortgagecl property, the lender
<br /> agrees to furnish to the undersigned 100 % of such principal prepayments, unless advancement is prohibited
