e� <br />�- <br /> r � <br /> 77-U07300 <br /> consent and agree with the City of Grand Island , Nebraska , that they <br /> 1 will install at their expense the following improvements : <br /> 1 . Paving . All streets in said subdivision will be graded , con - <br /> structed , and hardsurfaced to meet minimum Hall County standards for <br /> roads in said county according to and in compliance with plans and <br /> specif ications prepared by a registered engineer and subject to the final <br /> approval , inspection , and supervision of the Hall County Director of <br /> Public Works . <br /> 2 . Water and Sanitary Sewer . Since public water and sanitary <br /> sewer services are not available to the proposed subdivision , individual <br /> water wells and septic tanks to serve the individual lots in the proposed <br /> subdivision shall be allowed . However , the Subdividers agree to waive <br /> the right to object to any sanitary sewer or water main districts within <br /> said subdivision ; and upon completion of said water main or sanitary sewer <br /> service the Subdividers further agree to connect all structures located <br /> on lots within said subdivision to said water main or sanitary sewer <br /> service main within three construction seasons after completion of said <br /> main . <br /> 3 . Drainage . The Subdividers agree to grade the lots in the sub - <br /> division in conjunction with the construction of the structures thereon <br /> so that storm water drains to the public right - of - way . <br /> 4 . Warranty . The undersigned owners , as Subdividers , warrant that <br /> they are the owners in fee simple of the land described and proposed to <br /> be known as R & B Second Subdivision , and that an abstract of title will <br /> be eubmitted for examination , if necessary , upon request of the City of <br /> Grand Island . <br /> 5 . This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon <br /> and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto , their successors , assigns , <br /> heirs , devisees , and legatees .
