Ross, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE�) of Section Eleven (11) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Sussex Place Subdivision, said point being nine hundred (900. 0) feet west of the southeast corner of said Sussex Place Sub- division, also being the northwest corner of R & B Sub- division; thence southerly along the west line of said R & B Subdivision a distance of one thousand ninety-five (1,095.0) feet; thence deflecting right 91� 28' and running westerly a distance of two hundred ninety-eight and �ixteen hundredths (298.16) feet; thence deflecting right 44 47' 30" and running northwesterly a distance of seven hundred fifty-two and eight-tenths (752.8) feet; thence deflecting right 43� 44' 30" and running northerly a distance of one hundred sixty-nine and five-tenths (169. 5) feet; thence deflecting left 88° 32' and running westerly a distance of two hundred sixty (260.0) feet; thence deflectin� right 88° 32' and running northerly a distance of three hundred ninety-five (395.0) feet to the southeast corner of Lot Ten (10) , Sussex Place Subdivision; thence easterly along the seutherly line of said Sussex Place Subdivision a distance of one thousand seventy-eight and fifty-one hundredths (1,078. 51) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 19. 761 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by laca an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as R & B Second Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names , and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Re�ional Planning Commission and the City Council to be ackciuwledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use of the public forever, anc' ( of the easements to public utilities.
