<br /> them, provided a default does not exiet and they are the owners of the mortgaged property, the lender
<br /> agrees to fut�nish to the undetsigned 100 %v of such principal prepayments, unless advancement ie prohibited
<br /> by the regulations of chartering and aupervisory authorities then in effect. All auch advancements shall be
<br /> secured by this mortgage in the same manner and effect as if no prepayment� had been made.
<br /> 23. Rel�ase. Upon payment of all aums eecured by this Mortgage, Lender ehall discharge this
<br /> Mortgage, without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all coate of recordation, if any.
<br /> — Modilieatioa. Upon request of bortower, lender, at lender's option, has conditionally waived the
<br /> requirements as set forth in paragraph #t2 " Funds for Taxer� and Insurance" of the Uniform Covenants
<br /> of said tt�rtgage provided that the bonower compliea with his responsibility as set forth in para�raph #4
<br /> and # 5 of the Uniform Covenanta acknowledging that the lender has conditionally waived his option under
<br /> paragraph #2. A breech of thia covenant will then activate paragraph # 18 "Acceleration ; Remedies."
