<br /> 6 . No trailer , mobile home , basement , tent , shack , garage ,
<br /> barn , accessory building or other out building shall be used as
<br /> a residence , temporarily or permanently , nor shall any structure
<br /> of a temporary character be used as a residence .
<br /> 7 . No worn out or discarded automobiles , tractors , trucks ,
<br /> machinery , or parts thereof shal. l be stored on any lot in said
<br /> subdivision , and no portion of any lot shall be used for the
<br /> stora� e of wrecked or junked automobiles , parts therefrom , or
<br /> any other kind of junk or waste materials .
<br /> 8 . No campers , trailers , mobile homes , recreational vehicles
<br /> or trucks larger than a 1 / 2 ton pickup truck shall be parked on
<br /> any lot , driveway , or on the street in front of or on the side of
<br /> any lot . Any of the above mentioned vehicles may be stored inside
<br /> of garages , but shall not be parked outside dwellings , excepting
<br /> for Loading and unloadin�; , which shall not exceed a twenty - four
<br /> hour period of time .
<br /> 9 . No sod , earth , sand , Kravel , shrubbery or trees shall
<br /> be removed from any lot in the subdivision which shall diminish
<br /> the value of said lot , or hinder the appearance of any lot , and
<br /> na unused building materials , junk or rubbish shall be left exposed
<br /> on any lot except durin� the time of construction on said lot .
<br /> 10 . The owner of each lot shall keep the grass , foliage ,
<br /> and weeds thereon cut and mowed in a neat appearance . In the
<br /> case of vacant lots , all weeds and foliage shall be cut not less
<br /> than twice during the growi_ ng season .
<br /> 11 . The purchaser of a lot in the subdivision shall be re -
<br /> quired to complete construction of his dwelling within five years
<br /> after acceptin� the conveyance to ttie Lot , and the exterior of
<br /> the dwelling shall be completed within eight months from the start
<br /> of construction .
<br /> 12 . No fences except ornamental fences shall be allowed
<br /> within the front yard set - back . Wood , brick , stone and chain
<br /> link fences may be permitted in side and rear yards .
<br /> 13 . No billboards or siRn boards shall be erected or al -
<br /> lowed upon any lot , nor shall any advertising signs be permitted .
<br /> 14 . No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be
<br /> carried out upon any lot in the subdivision , nor shail anythin�q
<br /> be done thereon which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance
<br /> to other lot owners in ttze subdivisic� n . No fowl , swine , cattle ,
<br /> � sheep , horses , or any other domesticated animals , other than
<br /> household pets such as do� s and cats shall be permitted in the
<br /> subdivision . All household pets must be kept confined to the
<br /> owner ' s property and shall not be bred or maintained fvr com-
<br /> mercial purposes .
<br /> 15 . Water wells for supply of drinking water shall be
<br /> located on the lake side of the dwelling houses , and all septic
<br /> tanks and leeching fields sha11 be located in the front of the
<br /> buildin� lots as far as practical away from the Lake .
<br /> 16 . As shown on the plat of the subdivision , a sixteen
<br /> ( 16 ) foot �ide easement tias been platted and dedicated for utility '
<br /> purposes . The easement area shall also be used for an access road ^�,
<br /> in order to provide ingress and egress to each lot from the county � �r* .<
<br /> road . Since the easement is located on Lot Twelve , the owner of �." �
<br /> � said lot , namely , Meadowlark Estates , Inc . shall permit the owner
<br /> of each lot , and his invitees , to travel on the easement area for
<br /> ' road purposes , without interference . The owners and Meadowlark
<br /> Estates , Inc . also grant to all lot owners and their invitees , an '
<br /> unrestricted right to use the easement which connects the acce < s �,�, "
<br /> road in the Northeast corner of the su�division with the County
