<br /> 3 . Drainage . The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of 'the
<br /> Subdivisiqn in conjunction witlz the structures thereon so ` that the storm
<br /> ' water drains to C2� erry Street . Furthermore , the Subdivider agrees to
<br /> provide a grading plan prior to the issuance of any , permit for the
<br /> ` placement of a structure upon I�ot Two ( 2 � of said Subdivision _
<br /> 4 . Sidewalks , The Subdivider , if still the owner of the land in
<br /> the proposed subdivision; or if the Subdivider shall have tzansferred
<br /> title to fihe property , then the various grantees thereof , will - install ,
<br /> at their own expsnse , all public sidewalks required by the. Grand Island
<br /> , City Code when the adjacent 1ot is built upon , and sidewalks sha11 be
<br /> zegulated ' and required with the building permit for each such lot .
<br /> 5 . Warranty _ The undersigned owner , as Subdivider , 'warrants that
<br /> he is the owner in fee simple of the land described and proposed to be
<br /> known as Griesman Subdivision , and that an abstract of title wiil be
<br /> � submitted for examination , if necessary , upon request of the City of �

<br /> and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto , their successors , assigns ,
