Griesman, a single person, hereinafter ' <br /> called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising all of Lots <br /> , ' One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3), and Four (4) , Block Three (3) ; the northerly <br /> eight (8) feet of the vacated alley lying southerly from and adjacent to <br /> ; ' said Lots One; (1), Twfl (2) , Three (3) , and Four (4�, Block Tl�rae (3}; alY <br /> af Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) , Block 'I`wo (2) ; that portion of vacated " <br /> Tryon Street lying between said Blocks Two (2) and Three (3) , all situated <br /> ; in Joehnck's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; . said tract <br /> containing 1.0I3 acres, more or less, desires to have subdivided as a <br /> subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within the <br /> corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby,`submits <br /> to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br /> accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Griesrnan <br /> �, i ; Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to ,be laid out and particularly <br /> describing the lots and' easements belonging to such subdivi�ion, with lots <br /> ' designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to eause <br /> " the plat ,of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br /> f Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified <br /> '; as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br /> ; dedication of streets and easements to the use and benefit of the public. <br /> In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Griesman Subdivision; <br /> ; <br /> 'the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island, <br /> ' Nebraska, that he will install at his expense the following improvements: <br /> ' . <br /> ; 1. Water. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the <br /> Subdivision to city water mains prior to applying for any occupancy <br /> permits `for any structure in the Subdivision. <br /> ` 2. Sanitary Sewer.
