<br /> Comp{ian�e With Environmental Laws, Trustor represents and warrants to Lender thafi: �1} During the period a�
<br /> Trus�or's ownership❑�F fihe Property,there has been n❑ use, generation, manufac�ure, s�orag�,treatment, dispvsal,
<br /> release ❑r threatened release of any Hazardous Sui�stance by any persan on, under, alaaut ❑r from the Property;
<br /> (2y Trustvr has no knawledge of, ❑r reason #❑ belie�e �hat there has been, except as pre�ivusly disclased �v and
<br /> acknawledged �y Lender in wri�ing, {a� any breach ar �io�ativn of any Environmental Laws, �b} any use,
<br /> generativn, manu�acture, storage, treatment, disposal, release vr threatened re�ease vf any Hazardous Subs�an�e
<br /> ❑n, under, about ❑r from �he Praperfiy by any prior owners or ❑ccupan�s ❑f the Proper�y, or {c} any a�#ual �r

<br /> Removal❑#�mprvvements. Trusfior shal� nat demal�sh or remo�e any Impro�ements from the Real Property withvu�
<br /> Lender's pr-ior wri�ten consent. As a �ondi�ion to the remvWal v�any lmpro�ements, Lender may require Trustor fio
<br /> make arrang�ments satisfactory to Lende�r ta replac� such Impro�ements wi�h lmpro�ements of at leas� equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right to En�er. Lender and Lender's agen�s and representati�es may enter upon the Real Praper�y a� alf
<br /> reasonab�e �imes �v attend to Lender's �nterests and �o inspec� �he Real Praper�y for purposes ❑f Trustor's
<br /> compliance with the��rms and �onditions vf this Deed af Trust.
<br /> Campiian�e with Gvvernmen�ai R�quiremen�s, Trus�or shall promptly comp�y wi�h al1 laws, ordinances, and
<br /> regu�ations, now or hereafter in ef#ect, af a!� go�ernmen�tal aufiharifiies applicab[� t� the use or accupan�y ofi the
<br /> Praperty. Trus�or may��ntes�in good faifih any such law, ordinance, ar regula�ivn and withhvfd compliance during
<br /> any prviceeding, �nc�ud€ng appropriate appea�s, s❑ long as Trustar has notified Lender in writing prior to doing s❑
<br /> and so lvng as, in Lender's sole❑pinian, L�nder's in�eres�s in�he Property are no�jeopardi�ed. Lender may requi�re
<br /> Trustor�to past adequate securi�y or a surefiy band, reasonably safiisfactory�❑ Lender,�❑ pratect Lender's infierest.
<br /> T�uty to Protect. Trustor agr�es neifiher to abandon or lea�e una��ended the Property. Trust�r shall d❑ al[ ❑�her
<br /> acts, in additian�o those acts s�t farth aba�e in this section, which�rvm�he character and use o�fihe Prvperty are
<br /> reasonably ne�essary t❑ prvte��and pres�rve the Property.
<br /> DUE❑N SALE-C�NSENT BY LENDER. Lender may, at L�nder's option, declare immedia�tely due and payable a[I sums
<br /> secured by this ❑eed of Trus�upon�he sale o�-trans�Fer, wifihoufi Lender's prior written consent, ❑f all or any par�❑f�he
<br /> Real Prvperty, ar any interest in�he Real Property. A "sale ❑r�rans�Fer" means fihe con�eyan�e o�Real Prvperty or any
