��14�57SS <br /> Z. ►4ppli�ationof Payments ar Proceeds.Except as other�ise described in this Sectian 2, a11 payments <br /> accepted and a�ap�ied by Lender shal�be appli�d in the fo�lowing arder of priority: �a}interest due under the <br /> Note; (b�principal due under the Note; �c}amoun��due under Section 3. Such payments sha��l�e applied to <br /> each Period�c Payment in the order in which it became due. An�r remaining amaunts shall be applied first to <br /> �ate�harges,second�o any vth��amo�n.ts due under th�s�ecur�ty Instrument,an�then to reduce the <br /> principal balance of the Note. <br /> �f Lender receives a payrnent firom Borrower for a d�linquent Periodic Payment which includes a�ufficient <br /> amount to pa�an�late charge due,�he payment may be app�ied to�he delinquent pa�ment and the la�e <br /> charge.
