Applicationof Payments or Prviceeds.Except as otherwise described�n this�ectian�, a11 payments <br /> accepted and applied by Lend�r shall be applied in th�followir�g�rd�r of priarity: (a�interest due under the <br /> Not�; (b)princ�pal due under the Note; �c}amounts due under Section 3. Such payments sha11 be app�ied to <br /> each Periodic Paym�nt in th�order in which it became due. Any remaining amounts shal�be applied f�rst�o <br /> late charges,secand t4 any oth�r amot�nts due under this Securit�Instrument,and then tQ reduce�h� <br /> principal balance of the Note. <br /> If Lend�r receives a payment from B�rrower for a delinquen�I�eriodic Payment which includes a sufficien� <br /> amaunt to pay any late charge due,the payment may be appl�ed�a the delinquen�payment and the late <br /> charge. If mare than one Periodic Payment is outst�nding,Lender may apply any gayment recei�ed from <br /> Borrower t�the repayment af the Peric�d��Pay�nents if,and t�the extent that,each pa�men.t can be paid in <br /> ful�.
