<br />Lot Six (6), Block Eighteen, said Evan's Addition; thence northeasterly along the
<br />northerly line of Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), and Lot Nine (9), all of
<br />Block Eighteen (18), said Evan's Addition, a distance of one hundred fifty eight
<br />(158.0) feet; thence southeasterly, parallel with the westerly line of said Lot
<br />Nine (9), Block Eighteen (18), a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence
<br />southwesterly, parallel with northerly line of said Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), Lot
<br />Eight (8), and Lot Nine (9), all of Block Eighteen (18), a distance of one hundred
<br />fifty eight (158.0) feet; thence southeasterly, parallel with the westerly line of
<br />said Lot Six (6), Block Eighteen (18), a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence
<br />southeasterly, parallel with the northerly line of said Lot Six (6), Block Eighteen
<br />(18), and its extension, a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence northwesterly,
<br />parallel with the westerly line of said Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6), and its extension,
<br />all of Block Eighteen (18), a distance of one hundred eighty eight (188.0) feet to
<br />a point on the southerly line of said Fourth Street being the said Point of
<br />Beginning.
<br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing 0.16 acres, more
<br />or less, as shown on the plat dated 7/18/2014, marked Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />Together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above - described
<br />easement and right -of -way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such public utilities and appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress
<br />shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches
<br />necessary for such public utilities and appurtenances; to remove, clear, and keep clear,
<br />trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and /or any other obstructions interfering with the
<br />surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation,
<br />extension, removal, and operation of such public utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Grantee shall have the right at any time, to relocate, add, or upgrade such public
<br />utilities and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across,
<br />underneath, or through the easement and right -of -way herein granted. Any such public
<br />utilities and appurtenances placed in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, or
<br />through such tract of land shall remain the property of Grantee, and may be removed or
<br />replaced at any time.
