<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />BLENDER LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of vacated Poplar Street and a Part of Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6), Lot
<br />Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), and Lot Nine (9), all of Block Eighteen (18), Evan's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The boundary of the twenty (20.0) foot
<br />wide easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Fourth Street, being fifteen and
<br />forty nine hundredths (15.49) feet southwesterly of the Northwest corner of Lot
<br />Five (5), Block Eighteen (18), Evan's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; thence northeasterly along the southerly line of said Fourth
<br />Street, a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with
<br />the westerly line of said Lot Five (5), Block Eighteen (18), and its extension, a
<br />distance of one hundred forty eight (148.0) feet to a point on the northerly line of
