Plaintiff shall receive as his sole and separate property, all of the household <br />goods, furniture, furnishings, and the 1999 Chevrolet Silverado that are currently in his <br />possession, subject to any indebtedness thereon. Plaintiff shall also receive those household <br />goods, furnishings and tools presently located in the family home save and except for the <br />items listed in paragraph 4 below which are specifically set aside to the Defendant. <br />4.
