<br /> Existing Inde�#edness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in the Existing Liens

<br /> Hazardous Substances. The wards "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean ma�erials that, be�aus� of their quantity,
<br /> c�ncentration �r physical, chemical ar inf�ctious �ha�acteristics, may cause or pose a present ar potential hazard
<br /> to human health or the en�iranment when improperly used, �treated, stared, dEsposed o�, generated, manufactured,
<br /> �ransported or otherwise hand�ed. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" are used in their very broades� sense and
<br /> include withaut limi�ation any and all hazardaus or taxic subs�an�es, materials ❑r waste as detined by or fisted
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardaus Substances" also in�ludes, without limitatian, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum �ay-pradu�ts or any fract�on�hereof and asbestos.
<br /> Impra�ements. The word "Impro�ements" means alf existing and future impro�ements, buildings, structu�es,
<br /> mobile homes affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additi�ns, replacements and other constructian an the Real
<br /> Praper�y.
<br /> indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means a11 principal, interest, and o�her amounts, C�5t5 and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related Documents, �ogether wi�h all renewafs of, ex�ensians o#,
<br /> mad�ficativns v�, consalidations of and substitutivns far the Credit Agreemen� or Related Do�um�nts an� any
<br /> am�unts expended ar ad�anced by Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations ar expenses incurred by Trustee ❑r
<br /> Lender to enfar�� Trustor's a�ligatians under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amaunts as

<br /> Lender. The wvrd "Lender" means 5tate Farm Bank, F.S.B., its successors and assigns. The wards "successors
<br /> or assigns" mean any person or cvmpany that acqu�res any interest in the Credi�Agreement.
<br /> Persvna! Prvperty. The words "Personal Property" m�an all equipment, fixtures, and other articles ❑f personal
<br /> �roperty naw or hereafter ❑wned by Trus�tor, and now or herea�ter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> t�gether with al� accessians, parts, and additions ta, all replacements of, and all substitutions �or, any of such

<br /> Property. The word "Property" means col�e�ti�ely the Real Property and the Personal Property.

<br /> Related Documents. The wards "Related ❑acumen�s" mean all promissvey nvtes, credit agreemen�s, loan
<br /> agreements, en�iranmen�al agreemen�s, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collatera� mnrtgages, and all ather instrumen�s, agreements and documents, whether nflw or hereafter
<br /> exis�ing, executed in connectian with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and fiuture rents, re�enu�s, income, issues, royaities, pro#�ts, and
