<br /> inspect�ons and tes�s, at Trustor's �xpense, as Lender may deem appr�priate �a de�ermine complian�e o� the
<br /> Property with �his sec�ion �f the aeed of Trust. Any insp�Gtians or tests made by Lender sha[I be for Lender's

<br /> make arrangemen�s sat�sfacto�y to Lender �o replace such �mpra��ments wi�h lmpro�ements of a� least equal

<br /> Lender's REght�o En��r. Lender and Lender's agen�s and repr�sentati�es may �n�er upon the Real Prvperty at aEl
<br /> reasonabl� times to attend �ka Lender's interests and to inspect the Reai Properfy for purposes o� Trustor's
