A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of <br />Section Twenty Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.P. , Hall <br />County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows : <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), said point being One <br />Thousand One Hundred Forty and Seven Tenths (1,140.7) feet south of the northeast corner of <br />said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) ;thence west at a right angle a distance of Two Hundred Thirty <br />Three (233.0) feet, thence south, parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a <br />distance of Eight Hundred Fifty Seven and Five Tenths (857.5) feet, thence deflecting left 90 <br />degrees 00' and running east a distance of Two Hundred Thirty Three (233.0) feet to a point on <br />the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4); thence north along and upon the east line of <br />said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of Eight Hundred Fifty Seven and Five Tenths (857.5 <br />Feet to the point of beginning. <br />7.
